Refund policy

We do not accept returns for pedals.  In the event of a product arriving damaged or not working, it will be covered under shipping insurance or warranty.  Return shipping expenses will be covered by the buyer.  Pedals with visible signs of external or internal damage or disassembly will not be accepted for warranty repairs.  If shipping damage is suspected, an attempt to claim insurance coverage through a shipping carrier may be made if possible, as all pedals are sufficiently packaged for shipping.

Returns of non-pedal items, such as power supplies, accessories, and cables are accepted within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging with no signs of use. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be assessed. Upon receiving returned items, the items will be inspected and a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the order. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

Payments made using cryptocurrencies are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Many of our dealers offer a return period for pedals, and we’d recommend buying directly through them if you may be interested in returning a product.

If paying via credit card, your card will not be charged until your order ships. PayPal payments are charged in full at the time of order.
